JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Study the database of the job applicants
• Prepare job announcements
• Collect corresponding candidates by promoting the announcements, planning
  competitions, taking interviews and tests.
• Take interviews
• Sum up the results of the interview by choosing the best candidates

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Higher education
• At least 2 years of work experience in HR
• Excellent verbal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to discover the skills of the candidates
• Ability to make interviews
• Ability to work in team
• High sense of responsibility
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to make decisions
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian
• Fluency in English and Russian
• Sufficient knowledge of MS Office software package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
