Customer Service Specialist

GSS Engineering Company is expanding and is looking for Customer Service Specialists to join our active and young team.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the voice of our company, supporting clients and presenting them with innovative solar energy solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Making calls (incoming and outgoing)
  • Working with the client database
  • Understanding customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions
  • Presenting products and services over the phone
  • Forwarding requests to the relevant departments
  • Managing social media correspondence

 

Required qualifications:

  • Higher or vocational education
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Basic mathematical knowledge
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and quick decision-making skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of foreign languages (Russian, English) is a plus
  • Work experience will be considered an advantage
